Hillary might as well just resort to arson. (Also primary reaction)

That’s how much of a ‘firewall’ she’ll need after last night.
WASHINGTON - Barack Obama added Wisconsin and Hawaii to a primary season winning streak that now totals 10 and has put Hillary Rodham Clinton into a virtual must-win scenario in Democratic contests coming early next month in Texas and Ohio.
…
Clinton made no mention of her defeat, and showed no sign of surrender in an appearance in Youngstown, Ohio.
“Both Senator Obama and I would make history,” the New York senator said. “But only one of us is ready on day one to be commander in chief, ready to manage our economy, and ready to defeat the Republicans. Only one of us has spent 35 years being a doer, a fighter and a champion for those who need a voice.”
In a clear sign of their relative standing in the race, most cable television networks abruptly cut away from coverage of Clinton’s rally when Obama began to speak in Texas.
Also, the exit polls show that Obama is creeping into Hillary’s base. Wow, there’s a place none of us want to go…
But in early exit polls tonight, Obama held Clinton to a virtual tie among Wisconsin Democratic primary voters who said they have a union member in their household — 50 percent for Clinton to 49 percent for Obama — and actually edged her among women, 51 percent to 49 percent.
Clinton held a narrow advantage over Obama among Catholic poll respondents — who made up 43 percent of voters interviewed — 51 percent to 48 percent. She also held narrow leads among voters with only a high school education, people 60 or older and those making between $15,000-$30,000 a year.
But Obama kept those margins close and took easy wins among his traditional base of supporters.
Dale at QandO puts it more eloquently than I could.
That Clinton Firewall in TX and OH better be really… firewally.

Atlas Shrugs calls it a slaughter.
Hillary is going to have to illegally seize the nomination if she has any hope of getting it. That is certainly in the mix. Should be interesting.
If only. I remain in the camp that Hillary stealing the Democratic nomination is the Republican’s best chance for a general election victory. We need those bright-eyed Obamaniacs to get a slap of cold, Clinton reality in their faces, so they’ll stay home in November.
There’s more from QandO covering how Hillary could do this and help us win. Pledged Dem delegates aren’t required to vote for their candidate, so the Hillary camp is attempting to lure some of them away. A rep on Fox this morning denied that, but I’m sure they’re going to deny everything unless it works.
Right Truth is still hoping for that Obama bubble to burst. I’m becoming more cynical about the chances that he’ll get some rightly deserved scrutiny now; I see this kool-aid mania going all the way to the ballot box. Hot Air has a glimmer of hope with video from McCain’s victory speech where he lays into Obama with a nicely worded line. Here’s a rough quote.
… I will fight every day in this campaign to make sure that Americans are not deceived by an eloquent but empty call for change that promises no more than a holiday from history…
Even better than McCain’s line was his wife’s introduction earlier yesterday, where she played off of Michelle Obama’s gaff beautifully.
As she introduced her husband John McCain, the likely Republican nominee, at a campaign event, Cindy McCain told the crowd I “am proud of my country. I don’t know about you, if you heard those words earlier — I am very proud of my country.”
Speaking of that, the Anchoress thinks that Michelle Obama is just Hillary redux. I sure hope not. I can barely stand the thought of her being shoved all over my television for four years; I don’t know if I can handle another four plus eight while she does her own campaign.

Allahpundit doesn’t want our focus for the election to go in the wrong direction– remember that we’re running against Barack Obama.
Cassy Fiano finds out the real reason we all dislike Obama: “Because he’s so gosh darn inspirational!”
Meanwhile, another Obama supporter can’t name anything he’s done. Now THIS is something I’m looking forward to in the general election race. It could provide hours of entertaiment watching his followers flib and fumble their way across our television sets.
Sister Toldjah links to some background on Obama’s “new” plans.
So get your buttered popcorn and charred animal flesh ready for the fondue pot if Hillary pulls out both Ohio and Texas because then it will get vicious and entertaining.

“I remain in the camp that Hillary stealing the Democratic nomination . . ..”
As I wrote today on my blog, Hillary and Bill will get as nasty and dirty as they need to to steal this thing. History shows they will stop at nothing
