Thankfully, there are more complications in the way for Democrats hoping that their party will be unified by the time the convention rolls around.

Washington, DC – The Members of Florida’s Democratic Delegation in the U.S. House of Representatives issued the following statement regarding the seating of Florida’s delegates at the DNC National Convention this August.

“We are committed to working with the DNC, the Florida State Democratic party, our Democratic leaders in Florida, and our two candidates to reach an expedited solution that ensures our 210 delegates are seated.

“Our House delegation is opposed to a mail-in campaign or any redo of any kind.”

So when do we call this a stalemate and ignore it until the end of August, or are we truly going to have a free-for-all convergence in Florida and Michigan with full fledged battles between the Clinton and Obama camps with Democrats feeling alienated all the way around? One can only hope because if Hillary could get those two delegate-laden states seated as they stand currently, it would greatly bolster the legitimacy of her continued fight for the nomination.
