Everyone is blogging about this left-wing video contest (apparently there are two) going on. Here’s a sample of one of the more well put together, but incredibly misguided, entries. The topic is supposed to be “How do you define democracy?” I don’t think any video I’ve seen actually addresses that subject. Does anyone else remember that we’re a republic?

While everyone else is slamming the use of the word ‘terrorist’ in reference to the founding fathers, I at least understand what he was going for even if it isn’t right. What irks me is the predictable cry of ‘empire! empire!’ that this video echoes.

See if you can spot the special cameo by everyone’s favorite meaningless moniker ‘neocon’. Still, the guy seemed like a good rapper to me, but I know nothing about rap. Wish he’d rap about something that wasn’t made up though. I’m sure there are a lot more interesting entries out there. Drunkablog, Gateway Pundit, Slapstick Politics, and Michelle Malkin have more.
