(via Instapundit) Intrepid photo-blogger Zombie snapped some pics at a pro-troops rally at the Berkeley U.S. Marine recruiting office that has been under constant hippie assault in recent months.

This picture summed it up best for me, but there were vets and supporters of all kinds at the event. Code Pink showed up, kooky as usual, but there was surprisingly little conflict (newsflash: veterans are the most respectful people around) and quite a bit of conversation, or so it would appear. Success all around as it’s nice to see those American flags waving in the California breeze.

I don’t want to snatch any other pictures as Zombie deserves all the credit, so check it all out here! Great job, Zombie!
