		<description>Good point, that is worth a mention. I forgot to work it in. You are missing the context with that as well, though, as that function was more focused on forms of enemy communication. You can say that we shouldn't change things, but if we know that Al Qaeda is operating a coded website (if you read the actual report it goes beyond blogs, but of course a blog could be run by our enemies as well) and we can edit or disrupt their messages to prevent an attack, I'm more than all for it.</description>

		<description>Well, typically you forgot to mention the part about hacking existing blogs and changing a few words here and there to discredit bloggers they dislike.  The military (or anybody) can write what they want but don't change other peoples texts.  If this is done, the ramifications will be tremendous.</description>
