Hot Air is wondering what is up over at Mike Huckabee’s website.
Prime fodder for a slow news day. The countdown clock points to April 15, which means smart money is on something having to do with the Fair Tax, but NBC notes that he’s giving a speech that night at Cornell on religion. Any guesses? I’m thinking a remake of “Voyagers” with Chuck Norris as Phineas and Huck in the Meeno Peluce role. Or, just possibly, the unveiling of a new PAC.
Could be a third party run, couldn’t it? It’s possible that he realized that McCain probably won’t pick him for the VP slot. Nah, I’m just being too negative. The Huckster isn’t that bad of a guy, that he’d sacrifice the party’s chance at victory in November just to get some attention. As Allahpundit said, it’s probably something to do with the Fair Tax.
To celebrate the wackiness that is Huckabee, here are some of the previous Neocon News parodies that have poked fun at everyone’s favorite bible thumper.
Hmm, maybe I’ve been too hard on Huckabee.
… nah. But just to be fair, he did have some good lines in the debate that birthed this Ron Paul parody.
